High-pressure equipment is subject to high loads and strength it must meet the standards and requirements. It is important to regularly check the functionality and quality of the components. UHPT has defined a comprehensive inspection scope for each product.

General Health Check

• Recurring inspection of components to detect deviations at an early stage to ensure a proper function

• Disassembly and Cleaning of equipment

• Check of parts subjected to cyclic load and service life

• Check of machine performance

• Ultrasonic tests, radiographic tests, magnetic particle tests, eddy current tests etc.

• Vibration Analysis, if needed

• Report of findings like (corrosion, fatigue cracks, wear, property degradation, marks, damages, scratches) *Services differs according to product type

• Health Check HP tubes

• Health Check HP valves

• Health Check HP pumps

• Report to inform client about the status of the equipment, next steps as well root cause analysis if needed
