Medium-scale production plants

Uhde HPT offers partially pre-assembled production plants up to 1000L extractor volume. The plants are mounted to skids to reduce assembly times at the customer site.

The plants can be designed for a specific process with fixed conditions or as a multipurpose plant with an operation window. Furthermore, it is possible to include equipment like columns or particle generation vessels if required for the process. Advanced process control systems are available and intended.
As standard our plants are designed for quick product change and maximum operator and environmental safety. In addition, low maintenance and usage of long-lasting components are design principles.
