At Uhde HPT we are experts in all kinds of high-pressure applications. Therefore, we offer a large variety of services for our plants all around the world.
We have made it our mission to meet our customers where they stand and support them in every phase of process development and plant lifecycle. Those services could include but are not limited to:
scCO2 extraction experiments
We can assist customers in investigating the suitability of supercritical extraction for their product by offering extraction experiments. These experiments are carried out within a research cooperation and may lay the foundation to future engineering work. In addition to that, extraction experiments provide a first screening of process parameters as well the oportunity to optimize those. This might also include the optimization regarding the addition of co-solvents.

Engineering studies
Based on information provided by the customer, we offer engineering studies which can be used as a starting point for the realization of future projects. These studies usually result in process flowsheets and initial process descriptions, utility estimations, equipment lists, a preliminary time schedule (with contingencies) and a cost estimation.
Additionally, Uhde HPT assists in further engineering services like developments of special designs, feasibility studies etc.

Maintenance and after-sales service by our high-pressure experts
Whether you have a failure at your plant or want to install upgrades or modify your existing plant, our after-sales-service team is your qualified partner all around the world. Our after-sales service team is always available for you and your requests.
As of 2023 we also have a service team permanently located in Houston, Texas to care for our customers.

Revamp and retrofitting of existing Uhde HPT plants
After a certain period of time your plant might need to get a more intense maintenance or revamp, for example electrical equipment might be outdated and not up to standard anymore. To gift new life to existing plants and expand a plants life cycle we offer revamps and retrofitting of i.e. (process-) control modules, instrumentation/sensor technology or safety equipment to guarantee the safe and optimal operation of your plant.
