Uhde High Pressure Technologies works worldwide with service centres (service hubs in Houston, Shanghai and Dubai) and local partners to meet the increasing demand for parts and services. Many spare parts are now available locally and therefore reach the customer more quickly.

High Pressure Processing

Uhde HPT high-pressure processing extends the shelf life of food without heat or additives. Products are treated in their final packaging, preserving texture, nutrients and flavor. This results in less food waste and higher customer satisfaction, while the environmentally friendly process is waste-free.

LDPE

With many years of experience in design, development and manufacture, Uhde HPT is the market leader for high-pressure components used in plants for the production of polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). Thanks to a globally unique product range, we manufacture and supply all HP components, with the exception of compressors, for pressures above 300 bar and support our customers and licensors right through to the installation and commissioning of the entire plant. This enables us to offer our customers reliable solutions from a single source.

Urea

Based on our comprehensive expertise in high-pressure technology in plant engineering, Uhde HPT has always helped to shape progress - especially in the field of fertilizer plants. Our range of services includes the specific design of components for fertilizer plants. Valves, pipework and prefabricated piping systems are tested for safety before they are installed in the plant. Uhde HPT manufactures pre-assembled modules that are measured using laser technology and are characterized by maximum precision.

Supercritical Fluids

Supercritical fluids are versatile, environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional solvents. They combine the properties of liquids and gases, making them suitable for extraction, cleaning and coating. Supercritical CO₂ in particular is used in food processing to gently extract natural substances. It is non-toxic, efficient and cost-effective, ideal for sensitive applications.

Waterjet Cutting

Water has been creating new shapes through erosion for millions of years. Uhde High Pressure Technologies has adopted this principle for waterjet cutting. This is because the water jet cuts all materials with maximum precision and flexibility, almost irrespective of the composition and type of material. The high-pressure pumps with working pressures of 4,000 and 6,000 bar - the centerpiece of a waterjet cutting system - are used in all relevant industrial sectors.
