Rajesh Kamath is the CEO & MD of thyssenkrupp Uhde India Private Ltd. He brings with him a vast experience of more than 3 decades in the process technology and EPC contracting business. Prior to his current position, he has held senior level leadership positions in various organizations such as Air Liquide E&C Ltd. (Lurgi), Technip India, Aker Solutions, Pertrofac (Sharjah) etc. amongst others. A strong believer in the need to have multifaceted and a rounded exposure, he has successfully pursued his career in diverse domains such as engineering, project management, procurement, proposals and construction - and also in various countries of middle east and Europe.
By education, Rajesh is a graduate in instrumentation engineering and also has pursued his management education.
As an interest beyond work, Rajesh enjoys travelling, photography and reading. Anything on history, politics and ancient architecture is of interest to him!
Sudeep Ellath is the CFO and Executive Director – Central Functions. In this role he is responsible for Finance, Commercial and IT functions at Thyssenkrupp Uhde India Private Limited. Sudeep brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in global financial management of which 15 years have been in the EPC industry. He has worked in diverse geographies including India, United States, Middle East, and Far East in the fields of Corporate Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and Finance transformation. Previously, he has worked with prestigious organizations such as McDermott International Ltd., Dubai Holding LLC, UAE and Tech Mahindra Ltd., India.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.
During his tenure at McDermott, he has handled key roles such as Senior Director Finance - Global Operations where he was the CFO for Global Assets including Engineering and Fabrication centres spanning across 3 countries, Board of Directors representative for McDermott's China Joint Venture to name a few.
E S Anilkumar is the COO and Executive Director – Project Execution. In his role, he is responsible for the implementation of industrial plant projects. Anilkumar brings with him a diverse experience of nearly 30 years in the EPC industry with a proven track record of implementing various industrial projects (fertilizer, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, etc.) along with its allied infrastructure. He is skilled in managing large multi-functional / multi-national teams and exposed extensively to various contracting modes (EPC, EPCM, PMC, etc.).
Anilkumar joined thyssenkrupp Uhde India as a Project Manager in March 2005 with an experience of 10 years having worked primarily with L&T Ltd, Petron Engineering Cons Ltd & Adyard Abudhabi LLC. In his career with thyssenkrupp Uhde India, he has held many important leadership positions in the Project Management division, Sales, and Proposals. He was the Head of Strategy and Growth and was instrumental in driving various strategic initiatives for the organization for efficiency improvement, and extension of the business portfolio to increase competitiveness.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut, Kerala, he has completed his Master of Business Administration from ESMT European School of Management and Technology, Berlin, Germany.
Anitesh Pattanayak has rich global experience of around three decades in leading Business Development, Sales, Proposals and Estimation activities in technology based EPC projects business across India, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. His past experience before joining thyssenkrupp Uhde India in Dec’2021, includes working in Organizations like L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in India and GCC regions, followed by Technip Energies in India & APAC regions, with most recently as Commercial Director, APAC Onshore Business. He has successfully handled multiple EPC bids across the regions, with abundant expertise in strategizing new business initiatives and partnerships.
As a member of the executive board and in his current role at thyssenkrupp Uhde India, Anitesh is responsible for the company’s Business Development activities, selling of the group’s proprietary and third party technologies, Proposal & estimation activities and Services. Apart from business in India, he also supports other regional thyssenkrupp Uhde offices to offer services and competencies of thyssenkrupp Uhde India to serve the global customers.
Anitesh is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from ‘Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal’ and has an executive MBA from ‘Institute of Technology and Management, Mumbai’. Apart from his professional engagements, Anitesh is also an author of two books and regularly writes articles on various professional platforms.
P. V. Chepe an alumnus of the Laxminarayanan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, has an M.S. (Process Engineering) from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, Germany.
Chepe was earlier responsible for the organisation's Business Units - Fertilisers and Electrolysis & Polymers in the capacity of Chief Sales Officer & Executive Director – Technologies. Amongst other responsibilities during his tenure with thyssenkrupp Uhde India, he has headed the company's Process, System Design and Mechanical Departments. He has also been instrumental in helping to forge the organisation's Process Department.
He is a member of the Program Advisory Board – B Tech (Chemical Technology) responsible for the UG Programme of the Department of Technology, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
Chepe has been involved in the technology and processes related to the group's core competencies of Caustic Soda - Chlorine, Fertilisers, Refineries, Inorganic Chemicals and Cryogenic Storages. He has read papers on a variety of process-related subjects at a number of forums for the chemical process industries in India.
