thyssenkrupp Uhde India awarded with Detailed Engineering Services by Coromandel International Limited for their Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid Plant

• thyssenkrupp Uhde India is pleased to announce its partnership with Coromandel International Limited for the forthcoming Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid plants in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

• In this collaboration, thyssenkrupp Uhde will deliver Detailed Engineering for the integrated complex, featuring a cutting-edge 650-tpd Phosphoric Acid Plant and an 1800-tpd Sulphuric Acid Plant, tailored to meet the captive requirements in phosphoric acid manufacturing.

• These acids serve as pivotal intermediates in the production of Phosphatic fertilizers such as DAP and NPKs, playing a significant role in enhancing agricultural productivity.

• Expected to be commissioned in two years, these plants will augment Coromandel International Limited's backward integration capabilities, ensuring a steady supply of phosphoric acid for fertilizer manufacturing.
