Our operation and maintenance management services support customers in the operation and maintenance of their industrial process plants. thyssenkrupp Uhde provides a team of key personnel who are assigned to the customer's on-site operation and maintenance team.

Depending on customer requirements, thyssenkrupp's team of experts may consist of high-level operation and maintenance managers and some key senior engineers. If required, thyssenkrupp Uhde can even provide key supervisors and control room operators to ensure safe and reliable plant operation and maintenance.

The customer recruits the rest of the team with our comprehensive support, including an effective organizational structure, clear job description and roles and responsibility matrix for all disciplines.

Together with the customer’s team, thyssenkrupp Uhde performs all operation and maintenance activities, and ensures the availability and effectiveness of all required standard operating procedures (SOP) and standard maintenance procedures (SMP) as well as other working documents. In addition, thyssenkrupp Uhde supports the customer in:

• setting up and implementing a comprehensive work culture and training program, including conventional and computer / software-based training

• regularly assessing theknowledge and skills of the customer’s employees and adjusting the training program accordingly

• managing all operation and maintenance activities performed by the customer’s team

• continuously monitoring & improving plant performance through the use of state-of-the-art software and tools
