Women in Project Management are not common, especially in the EPC sector. Neerja is one of our Project Managers. A role where she thrives as if it’s made for her. Neerja is a talented multi-faceted dynamic young leader.  She has a voice, and she likes to stand up for self and others. A brave quality in any leader. She would like to make an impact through her work, and we say she is already making!

Compliance is her foundation. Learning from people around her roots her. To a client who was unsure of her abilities, she made a simple offer—"Give me two months. If I do not stand where I should, you can ask for my replacement.

Family is her centre of gravity. She wants to make the most of spending time with her growing daughters. Her husband beautifully balances her life at home and gives the support and wings for her to take flight. Together, they have built a partnership where both can grow. Tennis and badminton are an extension of how she approaches life. The exhilaration of pushing herself, the satisfaction of knowing she played well, regardless of the outcome, be it work or sport.

Neerja does not wait for things to happen, she makes them happen, through her own flair and confidence. Ambitious by nature, she carries the belief that when the moment comes, she will deliver, she will grow.
